Had Enough
It all started yesterday, I was at work and this reoccurring cough I have turned into a highly irritated throat, and feeling like I am breathing throw a straw today. It seems like every time something is coming up, I have gotten some medical issue this summer. I call this summer the “Summer of the Sore Throat.”
So, this Friday I have my friend and old roommate coming into town and I am feeling like shit. I had a chance to get into the Dr. today (the on call Dr.) and he was awesome. He asked all the questions and I told him…”this has been like having 3-4 weddings lined up for a summer season”…he laughed. He said that he would try a stronger script from the last bout of this a month ago. So, we’ll see how this goes. Day 1 of the Z-Pack started today. 2 Tablets today and 1 each day for the next 4 days. Way better than 10 days of the 500 mg pills that really didn’t work last time around.
I was told by the Dr. that I should take 2 days off, today wasn’t scheduled but tomorrow was. I will be back on Saturday in the car.
A good nap never hurts, and that wasn’t really accomplished today either. It was an in and out nap. I am hoping that tonight is a little better and I wake up a new person in the a.m. Overall, I feel like I swallowed a jar of needles and it is burning. I hate this feeling, but their as to be a cure. I am tired of being (what I call)…slightly sick. (No temp, no sweating, chills, drained…) It’s just in my throat and that is the worst.
Keep on keeping on, and I am sure I will have something this weekend to say…

Thanks, and it sucks that we have lost touch. I think of you and Sierra often and DO plan on getting to NY soon.
Also, thanks on the props on the images. I am seeing that traffic to the new site is better when posts have images in them.
